James represents some of the top Champagne houses is able to give insight into the region and the history of Veuve Clicquot as well as teach the guys a few things about proper pronunciation of some of the major houses. The three of them actually stay on topic talking Champagne for most of the show but its easy to keep focused with wines like these. Damien might still be asking "Can we talk more about the 2008?"
