In this episode, Jonathan and Damien get schooled in wine by chef and restaurant owner Cullen Campbell of Bar Pesce. Chef Campbell arrived to the show with a bottle of Txakolina, which is 100% Hondurrabi Zuri, and a porron to pour the wine. After a quick lesson on how to use a porron, chef and the guys skipped the wine talk and went straight to talking about Amaro, Mezcal and Fernet. This episode is a great look into the mind of a chef/owner and they discuss everything from favorite things to cook to the worst things ever eaten. They guys cover a lot of topics as this episode is more about having an awesome in depth conversation with a great chef then about the wines themselves.
