In this episode, Jonathan and Damien get schooled in wine by chef and restaurant owner Cullen Campbell of Bar Pesce. Chef Campbell arrived to the show with a bottle of Txakolina, which is 100% Hondurrabi Zuri, and a porron to pour the wine. After a quick lesson on how to use a porron, chef and the guys skipped the wine talk and went straight to talking about Amaro, Mezcal and Fernet. This episode is a great look into the mind of a chef/owner and they discuss everything from favorite things to cook to the worst things ever eaten. They guys cover a lot of topics as this episode is more about having an awesome in depth conversation with a great chef then about the wines themselves. James represents some of the top Champagne houses is able to give insight into the region and the history of Veuve Clicquot as well as teach the guys a few things about proper pronunciation of some of the major houses. The three of them actually stay on topic talking Champagne for most of the show but its easy to keep focused with wines like these. Damien might still be asking "Can we talk more about the 2008?"

The discussion however quickly turns into their opinions of all the wine movies and the future of "Hollywood and Vine". They talk about many of the wine movies such as Sour Grapes, Somm, Bottle Shock, Sideways and The Red Obsession. Of course the conversation covers everything from "Why tasters often give Bordeaux a free pass" to the farmers of Barbaresco shooting cannons at clouds.
